Lyme is 1 out 3 of the most common tick infectious diseases for dogs and has been around for nearly a century. Dogs can go weeks to months without showing any signs of infection, and when they do show signs, arthritis can be one, commonly seen in dogs in the Northeast of the United States.
Diagnostic testing and treatments are available. Please contact your local veterinarian for more information.
